Carol Hrejsa

Carol Hrejsa, MS, CMI is a board-certified medical illustrator and biomedical visualization educator with over 16 years of experience in the field. As the Owner and Principal Creative at Hrejsa Medical Media since May 2010, Carol specializes in creating and visualizing scientific and medical concepts. In addition to this role, Carol serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago, teaching life science visualization techniques. Furthermore, as a Senior Medical Illustrator and Project Manager at Body Scientific, Carol oversees medical illustration projects, manages a team, and produces educational content. Carol holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Visualization from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago.
