Body Works Sports Physiotherapy is a small intimate physiotherapy clinic that was designed to cater to your individual needs.

We know your time is valuable.  This is why your entire 30 or 60 minute session is spent in one-on-one dedicated time with your physiotherapist. We provide focused attention on you and your needs and do not divide your time with other clients to allow us to provide the best care possible.

We have created large private treatment rooms to provide you with the individualized care and attention you deserve.  This allows us the time and space to fully attend to you and your body’s needs.  We can begin simple stretching and core activation exercises in the treatment room, and provide you with home exercises to help you manage your symptoms at home.

We also have a large gym space with mirror to help progress your exercise program towards improving your function.  We can also demonstrate progressive exercises for you to use at home and at the gym independently.  We often use the mirror to help you with visual assistance for postural alignment and good body mechanics with the exercises.

Our clinic space is blessed with an abundance of natural light.  The natural light and positive energy of our office should help to enhance the healing process. We look forwards to being able to share our space and our clinical experience with you on your path to recovery.
