Jennifer Sposato

Jennifer Sposato has a diverse work experience in the beauty and hospitality industries. Jennifer started their career as an Aesthetician at Spa Avania - Hyatt Gainey Ranch in 2011. From there, they worked as a Regional Spa Director at Pure Beauty, where they were responsible for meeting financial budgets and managing inventory. Jennifer then became the Spa & Fitness Director at Omni Hotels, where they managed day-to-day operations and implemented marketing strategies. Subsequently, they joined spa810 - Corporate Office as the Director of Education, developing training materials and digital learning strategies. Jennifer then became an International Trainer at Eminence Organic Skin Care, delivering engaging trainings and assisting with launch planning. Jennifer then worked as the Global Vice President of Education and Training at One Well World, collaborating with stakeholders to design learning solutions and drive business results. Currently, they are a Business Coach at BODY20, evaluating key performance metrics and helping improve business practices.

Jennifer Sposato completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from the College of Notre Dame in the years 1988 to 1992. Jennifer proceeded to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix, which they completed between 2000 and 2002. Additionally, in 2012, Jennifer attended the Imaj Institute to study aesthetics.
