Daniel is the Chair of Portals International from 2020 to 2022. Chair of Low & Bonar plc from 2018 to 2020, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Chemring Group plc from 2016 to 2018 and Chair of Nonwovens Innovation & Research Institute from 2014 to 2015. CEO of Linpac Group and Klöckner Pentaplast Group from 2015 to 2019 and CEO of Fiberweb plc from 2006 to 2013. Daniel spent his early career at Novar plc until 2005 and prior to that worked at ICI and management consultant, Arthur D Little.

He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
