Eric Shepardson

Eric Shepardson has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Eric most recently worked at Bodycote as the VP Sales and Business Development NA. Prior to that, they were the VP Sales and Marketing at Ergon Inc., where they played a vital role in organizing and building a sales and marketing plan for the surface protection chemicals division. Before that, they held the position of Sr Strategic Accounts Manager at PPG Industries, where they managed key accounts and secured new business. Eric also worked as the Industrial Coatings Sales Manager at PPG Industrial Coatings, where they grew sales by over 75% in the Midwest region. Additionally, they served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at AHT, Inc., where they successfully grew sales through targeted campaigns and relationship building. Finally, they worked as the Director of Marketing at Sherwin-Williams, overseeing product sales, management, and development and achieving growth during a declining market.
