Ken Chan

Ken Chan has over 20 years of experience in engineering and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Bodycote since March 2015, Ken oversees heat treatment, brazing, and metal joining services specifically for the aerospace, defense, and energy sectors. Previously, as Operations Manager at Frontier Aluminum Corporation, Ken managed multiple manufacturing facilities and a workforce of 250 employees while fostering a strong safety culture. Ken's experience also includes roles as Metallurgist at Western Extrusions, where quality control and alloy analysis were key responsibilities, as well as positions in process engineering and technical support in earlier roles. Ken holds both a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
