Kent Abrahamsen

Kent Abrahamsen has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Kent worked at Bodycote for the majority of their career, starting as a Sales Director in 2001 and eventually becoming the Senior Vice President of various departments such as Nordic, Scandinavia, AGI North, and Specialty Stainless Steel Processes. Kent also held the position of Managing Director Denmark at Bodycote until 2017.

Outside of Bodycote, Abrahamsen served as a Member of the Board at Trade Council Middelfart from 2008 to 2013. Kent was also the Chairman of FMV Foreningen for Materialer og Varmebehandling from 2010 to 2012. Prior to their time at Bodycote, Abrahamsen worked at DeLaval as a Sales Manager and at Sprout Matador as a Sales and Aftermarket Manager. Kent started their career at Metso (M&J Horsens) as the Director of Sales, Service, and Technical.

Kent Abrahamsen has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Esbjerg Teknikum in 1989. Kent also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from Aalborg University, which they received in 1989. Furthermore, they earned a Bsc degree in Mechanical Engineering from City, University of London in 1989. Lastly, they obtained a Diploma HD(O) in Business Economics from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark in 1999.
