Monique Fleer

Monique Fleer is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Bodycote since January 2009, Monique has held various HR management roles, including HR Manager for the Netherlands, Alps, and S³P. Prior to this, Monique was the HR Manager at Bodycote Netherlands Holding BV from 1999 to 2008 and at Hauzer Industries BV from 1990 to 1999. Monique holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor’s Degree in Verpleegkunde from Medische opleiding Radboud Ziekenhuis.
