Donny Simkin

Donny Simkin currently serves as General Counsel at BodySpec® since October 2025. Prior to this role, Donny worked at Truepill as Executive Counsel and General Counsel from August 2021 to October 2025, managing various legal functions including corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Donny's previous experience includes positions at Barta | Tate as Associate General Counsel and Corporate Counsel, where expertise was utilized in representing clients in commercial disputes and advising on litigation risk management, as well as at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, focusing on complex civil litigation for national banking associations. Additional roles include consulting for student-athlete families at Sparks Consulting, acquiring vendor partnerships at sneakpeeq, coaching men's rowing at Stanford University, and being the top Account Representative at Comcate. Donny holds a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a BA in English from Stanford University.
