Antonio Tedeschi

Antonio Tedeschi is an accomplished molecular biologist with extensive experience in research and leadership roles. As a Principal Scientist I at Boehringer Ingelheim, Antonio contributed significantly to scientific projects from July 2021 to April 2022. Previously, as a Senior Postdoctoral Fellow at The Francis Crick Institute, Antonio focused on cell division mechanisms, leading to the identification of molecular causes for MARCH syndrome and potential cancer therapy targets, while also publishing three high-profile papers. Antonio's research experience includes positions at the Research Institute of Molecular Pathology, where studies on chromatin regulation and gene expression were conducted, and at various institutions fostering early-career researchers. Education includes a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Vienna and a combined Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Biology from Sapienza Università di Roma.
