Bradley Gilmore

Bradley Gilmore is an experienced utilities compliance and engineering specialist with a strong background in chemical treatment systems, waste management, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as a Utilities Compliance Specialist at Boehringer Ingelheim since March 2024, Bradley previously held the position of Utilities Engineer - Subject Matter Expert at CSL from October 2021 to September 2023, where significant contributions included launching a new $80M warehouse, leading utility efficiency assessments, and aiding in the design of an on-site waste treatment facility. Prior roles include Utilities Engineer II at Takeda, focusing on industrial waste and compliance with EPA and FDA guidelines, as well as positions as a Wastewater Treatment Operator and laboratory technician at various organizations. Bradley holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Georgia College of Engineering and an Associate of Arts in Chemistry from State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota.
