Brian Reichholf

Brian Reichholf has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brian is currently working at Boehringer Ingelheim as a Principal Scientist, where they have been since October 2022. Prior to this role, they served as an Associate Principal Scientist at the same company from September 2021 to September 2022. Before joining Boehringer Ingelheim, Brian worked at TEDxVienna as the Head of Tech & IT starting from June 2020, and previously as the Event Presentation Responsible from August 2019 to June 2020. Brian also held the position of Data Scientist at Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien AG from August 2019 to August 2021. Brian's earlier experiences include being a Pre Doctoral Fellow at IMBA - Institute of Molecular Biotechnology, Vienna, Austria from November 2013 to January 2019, and a Research Associate at UCSF from November 2011 to October 2012. Before that, they served as President of Aktionsgemeinschaft NaWi from June 2009 to June 2011. Brian began their career as a Clinical Technical Specialist at Cochlear from July 2005 to September 2007, and as an IT Network Administrator at Login GmbH from September 2003 to February 2004.

Brian Reichholf has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Molecular Biology, which they obtained from the University of Vienna in 2011. Brian then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology at the same university from 2011 to 2013. Following this, they completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Vienna between 2013 and 2019.
