Donald Souza

Donald Souza possesses over 25 years of expertise in immunology and inflammation discovery research within the pharmaceutical sector, currently serving as Senior Scientist at Boehringer Ingelheim since 1989. In this role, Donald is responsible for managing and mentoring a pharmacology group dedicated to developing and executing in vivo models for exploratory new therapeutic concepts. Prior to this position, Donald worked as a Senior Pathology Technician at CIBA-GEIGY Corporation from 1985 to 1989, where responsibilities included supporting toxicology studies and training in histology procedures. Donald holds a Bachelor's Degree in Pathobiology from the University of Connecticut, obtained in 1984.
