Dr. Frerich de Vries

Dr. Frerich de Vries has extensive experience in the animal health sector, currently serving as the Global Head Clinical Animal Health at Boehringer Ingelheim since October 2005. In addition to this role, Dr. de Vries has held several leadership positions within the company, including Global Head Business Development and Licensing Animal Health, Global Head Pharmaceutical Sciences Animal Health, and various managerial roles in preclinical and clinical research. Prior to joining Boehringer Ingelheim, Dr. de Vries worked as a Veterinary Surgeon at the Clinic for Cattle at Stiftung Tierärztliche Hochschule Hannover from September 2004 to September 2005. Educationally, Dr. de Vries earned a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (Dr. med. vet) from Stiftung Tierärztliche Hochschule Hannover in 2004, and a veterinary degree (Tierarzt) from the same institution in 2002.
