Florian Jope

Florian Jope currently serves as the Head of Structured Transactions at Boehringer Ingelheim since February 2024 and has been the Managing Director at Speransa Therapeutics since February 2022. Previously, Florian held the position of Senior Manager in the Innovation Unit and was involved in Mergers & Acquisitions at Boehringer Ingelheim from November 2014 to February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President at Berenberg Bank from November 2010 to October 2014, Associate at Evercore Partners from July 2008 to October 2010, and M&A Analyst at Sal. Oppenheim from November 2006 to June 2008. Florian started the professional journey with an internship at PwC in 2004. Florian holds a Master's degree in Finance from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, completed between 2002 and 2006, and also has education from UADE.
