Lingqi Luo

Lingqi Luo is a seasoned professional in bioinformatics and data science with extensive experience in developing and implementing bioinformatics algorithms and pipelines for genomic analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Boehringer Ingelheim since April 2021, Lingqi has previously held roles as a Bioinformatics Engineer II at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and a Bioinformatics Analyst at UPMC. With a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from Boston University, Lingqi possesses a strong foundation in computational biology, having contributed to innovative cancer vaccine designs and the analysis of complex biological data. Additional experience includes working as an NGS Biotechnologist at Boston University, an intern at Pfizer, and a Research Associate at Boston University School of Medicine.
