Lisa Dr. Matzen

Lisa Dr. Matzen has an extensive background in pharmaceutical sciences, currently serving as the Head of Global CMC Regulatory Affairs at Boehringer Ingelheim since July 1998, where responsibilities have included overseeing various regulatory functions for cardiovascular products. Prior experience includes a role as Postdoctoral Fellow at Merck Group, focusing on the design and synthesis of novel antidepressants, as well as scientific assistant positions at the University of Copenhagen and Merz Pharmaceuticals, working on ligands for excitatory amino acid receptors. Dr. Matzen holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacy from the University of Copenhagen and a Master of Science in Pharmacy from the Royal Danish School of Pharmacy.
