Maik Veelders

Maik Veelders is an accomplished professional in the field of biochemistry with extensive experience in bioprocess development and analytical development for biologicals. Currently serving as the Head of Laboratory for both Bioprocess Development and Analytical Development at Boehringer Ingelheim since November 2016, Maik has also held the position of Project Lead for Analytical Development. Prior to this role, Maik was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Max Planck Institute for Biochemistry from September 2013 to October 2016. Educationally, Maik holds a Dr. rer. nat. degree in Chemistry obtained from The Philipp University of Marburg in 2012, as well as a Diplom degree in Chemistry from the same institution earned in 2008.
