Martin Cottone

Martin Cottone is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and management across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager and Human Pharma Head at Boehringer Ingelheim in Chile since March 2014, Martin has also held roles such as Global HRBP for Emerging Markets and Head of Human Resources for ROPU South America. Additionally, Martin is a Board Member at Novofarma Service S.A. and holds multiple leadership positions with CIF Chile, including Vice President and former President of the Board of Directors. Martin's previous experience includes significant roles at eBay Inc. as Director of International Human Resources, Worldcolor as Vice President of Human Resources, and The Clorox Company as Director of Human Resources, among others. Martin's educational background includes an Executive Education degree in General Management from INSEAD and a B.S. in Industrial Relations from UADE.
