Gaurav Chopra, GRP®, is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in global rewards, performance management, and analytics. Currently serving as the Head of Global Rewards, Performance, Shared Services, HR Digital and Analytics at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Gaurav has previously held significant roles, including Head of Total Rewards for India at Novo Nordisk, and Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Wipro. Gaurav began the career as an Executive at the CII-ITC Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Development. Gaurav holds an MBA in Leadership from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering.
