Ryan Henri Rickards

Ryan Henri Rickards has a diverse work experience starting in 2012. Ryan Henri began as an intern with CDU/CSU Bundestagsfraktion and Weltfriedensdienst E.V., where they gained skills in research, teaching, and website improvement. In 2014, Ryan interned as a Change & Transformation Consulting Intern at Ketchum Pleon GmbH. Ryan Henri then worked as a Business Development Intern at Blazer Technologies in 2015 and as a Steering Production Network 2 Intern at BMW Group in 2016.

In 2017, Ryan interned as a Corporate Strategy Intern at LFB. Ryan Henri then joined Boehringer Ingelheim in 2019 as a BI Discover Management Trainee in Finance & Controlling, where they were involved in various rotations and projects focused on automation and process improvement. Ryan Henri later progressed to roles such as Finance Manager, Global Innovation Controlling and Senior Finance Manager, Commercial Controlling.

Since 2022, Ryan has also worked as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at EVE, a company specializing in data services for reducing corporate carbon footprints through e-mobility analytics solutions.

Ryan Henri Rickards has a Master in Management degree in International Business from HEC Paris, which was obtained from 2015 to 2018. Ryan Henri also holds a B.A. (Mod.) degree in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin, completed between 2012 and 2018. In 2017, they participated in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) exchange program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, focusing on International Business. Additionally, they completed an Erasmus exchange program in Business and Economics at HEC Paris from 2014 to 2015. Ryan has obtained additional certifications including "Accounting Implications of Pharma Licensing Deals for BD&L Managers" from CELforPharma in 2021 and "Bot Developer" from Automation Anywhere in 2020.
