Svenja Haeckel

Svenja Haeckel is a Global Engineering Trainee at Boehringer Ingelheim since October 2023, bringing diverse experience in technology and management roles. Previous positions include IT-Agiles Projektmanagement and Master Thesis Student at Capgemini, where focus was on sustainable strategies for IT amid rising energy consumption and e-waste. At KPMG, Svenja promoted GRC and Compliance topics as a Technology Consultant intern. Additional experience includes web development at VBO-Services GmbH, process mapping at E.ON, change management at Linde, event coordination for engineering students, and social media management as a board member for VWI Bayreuth. Svenja holds a Master’s degree in Knowledge Integration in Mechanical Production from Arts et Métiers and a Master’s in Production Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Bayreuth.
