Vicktoria Koudela

Vicktoria Koudela's work experience includes a current role as Team Lead HR Talent GoA at Boehringer Ingelheim, where they started in October 2022, and a previous role as PE/OE Specialist at the same company from October 2020 to November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Development Expert at Frequentis from June 2015 to October 2020, and as an International HR Assistant from April 2013 to May 2015. In 2012, they participated in an exchange semester at Universidad Panamericana, studying Marketing. Additionally, in 2009 to 2010, they also took part in an exchange semester at Universidad de Huelva, focusing on Tourism. Vicktoria further expanded their knowledge in Personalentwicklung by completing a Diplomlehrgang at WIFI Wien in 2014. Vicktoria also holds certifications as an Akkreditierter TMS Trainer from Team Management Services.
