Frank Zegers

Frank Zegers is the owner and director of E4S Consult B.V., an independent consultancy focused on sustainable solutions in the built environment, specializing in energy conservation and BREEAM certification. With extensive experience in sustainability, Zegers serves as an advisor for heritage sustainability projects at BOEi and holds board positions in several cooperatives, including Marin op Zon II, Marin op Zon, and Wageningen op Zon. Previously, Zegers directed the Wageningen Werkt Duurzaam initiative and contributed to the Dutch Green Building Council as a member of various advisory boards. A former manager at Ecofys, Zegers has a robust background in renewable energy and energy efficiency, supported by a Master's Degree in environmental engineering from Wageningen University & Research.
