Phil Hernandez

Phil Hernandez has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as a Senior Quality Systems Specialist and Technical Quality Assurance Manager at Boeing Distribution Services Inc. since April 1984, following the acquisition of KLX Aerospace. In addition to these roles, Phil is a Certified Coach with the John Maxwell Team, providing leadership training and coaching. Prior experiences include various managerial roles at KLX Aerospace Solutions and B/E Aerospace, where Phil led initiatives in quality assurance, technical services, and process improvement, contributing significantly to operational excellence in aerospace hardware distribution. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
