Alice Ho Phan is currently a Program Manager for IAM/Joint Programs at Boeing, a role they have held since 2014. Previously, from 2007 to 2014, they served as a Boeing Production Systems Manager for the 777 Final Assembly Interiors, where they led various initiatives for production rate readiness and process improvements. As the Chair of the 777 Operations Diversity Council, they helped establish the first diversity council recognized by GDER, promoting inclusivity and support for employees at the Everett site. Alice earned a degree in Organizational Leadership from EDI in 2010.
