Bruce Johnson

Bruce Johnson serves as the Director of Federal Legislative Affairs at Boeing since August 2022, following a role as Chairman of the Board for the Financial Technology Association. Previously, Johnson held the position of Director of Federal Affairs and Assistant General Counsel at Brex and served as Deputy Chief Oversight Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives’ Committee on Financial Services, where direct advisory support was provided to Committee Chairwoman Maxine Waters. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Brown Rudnick LLP and Goodwin, focusing on white-collar defense and general litigation, respectively. Johnson began a career in legal services after earning a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Air Force Academy, where Johnson also served as an Intelligence Officer.
