Carl Jones is a seasoned aerospace systems engineer and project manager with expertise in aviation and space-based systems. Currently serving as a SPARTAN Flight Controller Instructor for the International Space Station at Leidos, they have held multiple roles in aerospace and military settings, including as a Naval Flight Officer with the US Navy and a systems engineer at Ball Aerospace. Carl earned a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan. With an active TS/SCI clearance, they bring a wealth of experience to their roles, having completed two deployments aboard aircraft carriers and led advanced training for E-2C Hawkeye pilots in the Navy.
