Clark D. Rucker

Clark D. Rucker is a retired Sr. Manager and Director of the Phantom Works Quality organization at Boeing Defense, Space and Security. In this role, Rucker developed strategies and led personnel management across the organization, reporting to senior leadership and participating in the Phantom Works Leadership Team. Prior to this, Rucker was the Customer Liaison and Senior Manager of Quality Systems Integrity at the Huntington Beach site, overseeing critical government interactions and site quality management. Rucker holds a Bachelors of Science in Engineering Technology from California State Polytechnic University Pomona, an Executive MBA from Claremont Graduate University, and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Science from CPP in 2023.
