Ella Stefoglo is currently the SIT Payloads Manager at Boeing, where they oversee the interior certification process for the 787 airplanes and manage multimillion-dollar seat design projects. Prior to this, they held various engineering and consulting roles, including Design Engineer at Rockwell Collins and Business Consultant at Woodinville Wine Country. Ella co-authored the 2018 Guide to Greater Seattle's Innovation System while serving as a Technology Networking Researcher at Iinnovate Leadership Network. They have also acquired substantial experience in customer service through their previous role at KeyBank. Ella is pursuing multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Engineering in Sustainable Energy and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Seattle Pacific University, along with an MBA from the University of Washington Bothell School of Business.
