Irma Ruiz

Irma Ruiz is an accomplished director and attorney with extensive experience in business and transactional law, particularly in international and supply chain transactions. They currently serve as Senior Counsel at The Boeing Company and General Counsel for Boeing's multi-billion-dollar Commercial Satellite business. Irma previously worked as a Research Attorney at the Los Angeles Superior Court and an Advisor in Supply Chain for Boeing from 2001 to 2006. They hold a J.D. in Business Law from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from UCLA.
