Jenn Hu is the Director and Senior Counsel for Corporate Governance, Securities, and ESG at Boeing, where they manage legal matters, SEC filings, and board support. Previously, they served as Corporate Counsel at Starbucks, where they provided governance support and led investor engagement efforts. Jenn also worked at Dorsey & Whitney LLP and Perkins Coie LLP, focusing on M&A, corporate governance, and securities matters. They began their career as a Staff Accountant at KPMG LLP, gaining valuable experience in audit and tax functions.
