John Che

John Che is a Quality Engineer at Boeing, where they have been employed since 2022. Previously, John worked as a Quality Engineer at The Gill Corporation from 2014 to 2016, leading quality audits and implementing continuous improvements that resulted in significant cost savings. They began their career there as a Quality Technician, where John designed efficient inspection processes that also saved labor costs.
