Jonjen Sern

Jonjen Sern is a seasoned Design For Test (DFT) engineer with extensive experience in developing and validating DFT flows across various high-tech companies. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Staff DFT Design Engineer at IDT, where they ensured robust testability in complex ASIC designs. They continued to enhance their expertise at Lightmatter as a Technical Staff in DFT until 2023. Currently, Sern serves as a Sr. Staff DFT Engineer at Boeing, focusing on space-radiation-hardened ASICs. They hold a Bachelor of Science from Tamkang University and earned a Master of Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
