Kevin Cohen is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience at Boeing, holding various leadership roles since June 2017. As Technical Lead Engineer for the V22 Osprey, Cohen oversaw a team of over 10 engineers in electrical equipment design and installation. In subsequent roles, including Systems Engineering Integration Team Lead for the MH-47G and CH-47F programs, significant contributions included the development of collaborative processes that improved engineering efficiency and delivery timelines. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager for V-22 Structures, Cohen directs design strategies and manufacturing efforts while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and external customers.
