Kirsten Aranda Schwab

Kirsten Aranda Schwab serves as the Chief Learning Officer and Vice President of Learning & Development at The Boeing Company, a position held since April 2011. Previously, Kirsten held roles including Senior Director for Commercial Airplane Programs, Derivatives & Product Development, and Director of Human Resources for Talent Management. Kirsten's experience at Boeing dates back to May 1989, with significant contributions as a Human Resources Business Partner until October 2022. Kirsten earned an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Washington State University's Carson College of Business between 2014 and 2016.
