Matt Carlin

Machine Data Programmer

Matt Carlin is an experienced machine data programmer and robotic NC programmer currently employed at Boeing since July 2013. In the role of machine data programmer, Matt configures industrial equipment to report data to an enterprise-level Manufacturing Operations Management system, interfacing this data with various business analytics systems, including ERP and OEE. Previously, as a robotic NC programmer at Boeing, Matt programmed robot motion and system logic for ABB industrial robots, utilizing advanced software tools for automation and reporting. Prior to Boeing, Matt worked as an industrial programmer at Advanced Packaging Integration, where responsibilities included programming robot palletizers and designing user interfaces with Allen-Bradley systems. Matt holds an MBA in Information Systems from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, earned between 2005 and 2007.
