Paul Waite

Paul Waite is currently a Process Engineer at The Boeing Company, a role they began in 2025. They previously served as a Process Engineer at Boeing from 2010 to 2022, where they led quality and process improvement activities across various manufacturing departments. Prior to that, Paul was a Process Improvement Engineer at Suntron Corporation from 2007 to 2009, promoting Lean Manufacturing activities and managing a team. They began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at PECO Manufacturing from 1998 to 2007, focusing on assembly and quality documentation in aerospace manufacturing. Paul earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University between 1992 and 1997.
