Rachel Steitz is a seasoned leader in the aviation industry, specializing in operations, safety, risk management, and process development. They held significant roles at Alaska Airlines, where they executed large safety projects and supported aircraft and employee safety initiatives. At Northwest Airlines, they oversaw compliance and improvements in cargo operations, contributing to increased revenue. As Managing Director of Operations at McGee Air Services, Rachel led a rapid team expansion while maintaining safety and performance standards. Currently, they serve as the Sr. Director of Enterprise Safety Management System at Boeing and continue their education at Northern Kentucky University.
