Richard Davis

Richard Davis is a Lean Strategy and Execution Leader with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. They worked as a Repair Engineer at Aviation Technical Services from 2005 to 2006 and held various engineering and managerial roles at Boeing between 2021, including Production Engineering Manager and Chief of Staff for Tiltrotor Programs. Prior to Boeing, Richard served as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. from 2006 to 2007 and as a Production Engineer at AgustaWestland from 2007 to 2009. They are currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
