Ritu Sandhu Sharma is an experienced executive with a strong background in enterprise services and real estate management. Currently serving as Executive Director of International Enterprise Services at Boeing since January 2018, Ritu has played a pivotal role in driving Boeing India's country strategy, facilitating substantial employee growth, and enhancing gender diversity initiatives. Prior to this role, Ritu held the position of Director of Global Workplace Environment at Honeywell, overseeing extensive real estate projects and implementing innovative workplace strategies. Ritu's expertise extends to managing commercial and residential real estate portfolios at Jones Lang LaSalle and executing sales and marketing strategies at Sodexo Onsite Service Solutions.
