Sean McCaffery

Sean McCaffery currently serves as the V-22 Field Operations Senior Leader and Program Manager at Boeing since September 2021. Prior experience includes a distinguished tenure in the US Army from August 2014 to August 2021, where Sean held multiple leadership roles including Staff Officer, Group Executive Officer, Aide de Camp to the COM NATO Special Operations Component Command in Afghanistan, and Battalion Executive Officer. Earlier military roles spanned from September 2002 to March 2007 with various leadership positions within the US Army, coupled with education in business, holding an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Master's Degree in Global and International Studies from the University of Kansas. Sean also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University.
