Teressa Rexus

Teressa Rexus is a Senior Lean Practitioner and Process Improvement Specialist with extensive experience in the aviation and aerospace industry. Previously, they served in various roles at Boeing, where they led process optimization and mentoring efforts in Robotic Process Automation and Lean methodologies. Teressa has also worked as a Lean Master Consultant for several organizations, providing training and guidance in process improvement and project management. They hold a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Saint Martin's University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Mercer University.
