Manon Douven-Cleven

Manon Douven-Cleven has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies.

Manon started their career in 2004 at Boels Rental as an HR Assistant and later became a Team Leader for HR Administration. Manon then progressed to the role of Manager for the HR Service Center. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the HR processes and services.

In 2018, they joined Boston Scientific as a Supervisor for HR Operations, where they managed the HR operations for the company.

In 2019, Manon returned to Boels Rental as the Manager for HR Services, responsible for developing and executing HR, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits processes. Manon later took on the role of Head of HR Services, where they introduced HR Analytics and implemented SAP SuccessFactors to enhance functionality and processes.

Currently, they hold the position of Director for HR Operations & Excellence at Boels Rental, where they continue to lead and improve HR operations.

Manon Douven-Cleven attended Leeuwenborgh from 2000 to 2003, where they pursued a field of study in Sociaal Juridisch Medewerker - Personeel & Arbeid. Manon has also obtained certifications in HBO Human Resource Management from EVC Centrum Nederland in 2022, Employee Experience & Design from HXWork - Human Experience of Work in 2021, and Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt from UNC Plus Delta.
