Annette Moore serves as the Deputy Chief of the Office of Renewable Energy Programs at the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management since September 2013, bringing extensive experience in performance management and analysis from previous roles including Performance Manager at the Department of the Interior/Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement and Management Analyst in the Workforce Planning Division at the U.S. Department of State. Annette Moore also has a background as a Research Fellow/Program Manager at LMI and as a Senior Consultant/Manager in the National Transportation and Logistics Practice at Ernst & Young LLP. Early career experience includes a position as a Management Analyst in the Performance Improvement Center at VDOT. Annette Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University and both a Master of Engineering Administration and a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research from Virginia Tech.
