Edward R. Murray

Mr. Murray joined Boenning & Scattergood, Inc. in November 2004 and has over 24 years of experience in municipal finance underwriting. Mr. Murray coordinates and assists clients through each aspect of the financing project from initial capital planning to bond closing totaling over $4 billion. He is responsible for proactively assisting government entities, school districts, water and sewer authorities, charter schools and nonprofit organizations. He has specific expertise in structuring general obligation infrastructure bonds, special revenue bonds, appropriation based bonds and certain private placements.

Mr. Murray formerly served on the board of school directors for the Unionville-Chadds Ford School District and the Chester County Intermediate Unit. He has recently assisted the school districts of Bristol Township, Garnet Valley, Spring-Ford, Moon Area, other issuers including the Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority, Borough of Downingtown, Southwest Delco Sewer Authority and the Collegium Charter School.
