Jim Rogers

Jim Rogers is a Senior Data Scientist at Bogart Associates of Northern Virginia, having progressed through various roles in data science and statistics over the years. Prior experience includes senior positions at The Buffalo Group and Axiologic Solutions LLC, as well as a statistician role with the Virginia Department of Transportation. Jim Rogers also served as a Program Officer for Basic Research at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center for over three decades. Academic credentials include a PhD in Information Technology from George Mason University, a Master of Science in Computer-Aided Design from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
