Annisa Kusumawardani

Annisa Kusumawardani currently serves as the Section Head of Compensation Admin. & Performance at Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, specifically in the Bogasari Flour Mills division, where responsibilities include coordinating employee data for payroll and compensation processes and utilizing PowerBI for productivity reporting. Previous experience includes working as a User Interface Designer at Fastwork Technologies Indonesia and a Full-stack Developer at CV. Matra Mandiri, leading the development of a web-based Financial Management System. Annisa has also served as a Lab Assistant in Software Engineering and Database Management at Diponegoro University, providing instructional support to students. Annisa holds a Master's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Diponegoro University.
