Bilgin Metin

Bilgin Metin serves as an Editorial Board Member for multiple journals, including Information Security Journal: A Global Perspective (Taylor & Francis), International Journal of Information Security and Privacy (IGI Global), and EDPACS Journal. Metin has held positions at Boğaziçi University since 2007, including Professor and Head of the Management Information Systems Department, and also serves as Vice Director of the School of Applied Disciplines and a Board Member for the Technology Transfer Office. Additionally, Metin is the founder of Boğaziçi Siber Güvenlik A.Ş. and has previous experience as an IT consultant and engineer. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. and an M.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Boğaziçi University, as well as an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
