Retha J. Bogier

Retha J. Bogier is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bogier Clinical & IT Solutions, Inc. (formally Bogier Consulting, Inc.) with expertise in staffing, Clinical and Statistical Programming, and Consulting using SAS and PL/SQL. Retha interacts extensively with Bogier Clinical & IT Solutions, Inc.’s clients and holds full responsibility for the business. Retha earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Saint Augustine’s University (Raleigh, NC). Due to the generosity of a couple of pharmaceutical companies, Retha attended the Minority Business Executive Program classes at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2003, 2007, and 2010. Prior to starting Bogier Clinical & IT Solutions, Inc., Retha gained (CRO) industry experience from PPD, PharmaNet (now inVentiv Health Clinical), and ClinTrials Research (now INC Research). During her tenure at these companies, she gained Clinical and Statistical Programming experience in Phase II, IIIb, and IV clinical trials. Her programming experience at these companies has allowed her to manage SAS Programmers for Clinical Studies. In the past, she has developed SAS, COBOL/CICS applications at EDS, Square-D Company (Schneider Electric), and Wake County Information Services.
